Public Offer for the Provision of Information and Consulting Services

Moscow, as amended on March 25, 2024

1. General Provisions
1.1. Individual entrepreneur Anna Andreevna Znamenskaya, TIN: 665910403333, OGRNIP: 319774600356446, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor," addresses this offer for the provision of information and consulting services (hereinafter referred to as the Contract, Offer) to an indefinite circle of persons, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer," whose will will be expressed by him personally or through an authorized representative (Articles 182, 185 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) who expressed willingness to use the services of the Contractor.
1.2. The Agreement is an official offer of the Contractor (offer) to conclude an agreement for the provision of information and consulting services (hereinafter referred to as Services) and contains all the essential terms of the agreement for the provision of information and consulting services.
1.3. This document is a public offer in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Contract accepted by the Customer in accordance with the procedure established by this Agreement does not require subsequent registration in printed form on paper, has legal force, and is considered concluded by the Parties in simple written form.
1.4. The acceptance of the Agreement is:
1.4.1. Full payment for Services in the manner, amount, and terms specified in the Contract.
1.4.2. Partial payment for Services in the manner, amount, and terms specified in the Contract.
1.5. By accepting the Agreement in the manner specified in clause 1.4 of the Agreement, the Customer guarantees that he has read, agrees, and fully and unconditionally accepts all the terms of the Agreement in the form in which they are set out in the text of the Agreement.
1.6. The Customer understands that acceptance of the Offer in the manner specified in clause 1.4 of the Offer is equivalent to concluding a Contract on the terms set out in this Offer.
1.7. By performing actions for the acceptance of the Contract, the Customer guarantees that he is authorized and has legal rights to enter into contractual relations with the Contractor.
1.8. The Agreement cannot be revoked. The offeror has the right to withdraw the offer only before the acceptance is made.
1.9. The Agreement does not require sealing and/or signing by the Customer and the Contractor (hereinafter referred to as the Parties), while maintaining full legal force.

1.11. By accepting this offer, the Customer confirms that the Contractor's provision of services under this agreement primarily remotely using software (hereinafter referred to as software) in the form of electronic services fully corresponds to the Customer's ability to use the services provided in this way.

2. Terms and Definitions
2.1. For the purposes of a common understanding of this Offer, the following terms are used in the following meaning:
2.1.1. Offer – this public agreement for the provision of information and consulting services.
2.1.2. Website – the Internet site: https://annaznamenskaya.com/ used by the Contractor to provide information (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
2.1.3. Information and consulting services - services provided by the Contractor to provide the Customer with access to the Site materials in accordance with the terms of the Offer and the content of the plan chosen by the Customer or consulting services in another form. The form and necessity of providing related information services are determined by the Contractor independently and posted on the Website.
2.1.4. Acceptance of the Offer – full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer by performing actions for advance payment of an Information Service in the amount of 100% or partial payment.
2.1.5. The Customer is a person who has accepted the Offer on the terms set out therein.
2.1.6. The Contract for the provision of information and consulting services (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) is an agreement between the Customer and the Contractor for the provision of information and consulting services, which is concluded by Accepting this Offer.
2.1.7. The course is a set of services for providing access to video materials, text materials, online broadcasts, webinars, individual consultations with the mentor, training interviews, group meetings with the mentor, verification of practical tasks, and chat provided via the Internet, united by a single topic and aimed at the Customer's independent acquisition of knowledge and skills on the relevant topic. All materials included in the Course are works according to Article 1259 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2.1.8. Platform – a website on the GETCOURSE platform through which access to the materials of Anna Znamenskaya's Practical online course "Career Restart" is provided. The address of the platform is https://getcourse.ru. The platform was created using the GETCOURSE 2.0 program https://getcourse.ru used by the Contractor on the Licensor's server of Sistema Getkurs LLC under the terms of a simple non-exclusive license.
2.1.9. All other terms found in the text of this Agreement are interpreted by the Parties in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the usual rules of interpretation of the relevant terms that have developed on the Internet.

3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. In accordance with the terms of the Agreement, the Contractor undertakes to provide Services for providing access to video materials, text materials, online broadcasts, webinars, individual consultations with the mentor (when choosing a certain Plan), training interviews (when choosing a certain Plan), providing access to chat, over the Internet, under the general name "Career Restart" in accordance with the procedure and terms provided for in this offer, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the Services.
3.2. In accordance with the terms of the Agreement, the Contractor undertakes to provide additional services that are not included in the cost of services according to the "Basic Plan" (hereinafter referred to as "Basic"), "Standard Plan" (hereinafter referred to as "Standard") and "Premium" (hereinafter referred to as "Premium"), subject to payment for additional services.
3.3. Additional services under the Basic Plan include the provision of the following Services:
3.3.1. Feedback on the LinkedIn profile.
3.3.2. Analysis of the resume in English.
3.3.3. Additional career advice.
3.4. Additional services under the "Premium" and "PRO" tariffs include the provision of the following Services:
3.4.1. Additional career advice.
3.5. The types and names of services, the list of topics, the form of sale of services, the cost, the period of provision of Services, and other necessary characteristics are indicated on the Website.
3.6. The schedule of specific webinars and online meetings is sent to the Customer via messengers or by e-mail and is also displayed in the Customer's personal account on the Getcourse Platform. The Contractor approves the Schedule and opens access on the Getcourse Platform according to the Schedule. The Contractor can make changes to the Schedule.
3.7. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to the content of the Course program that do not significantly change its content and structure.

4. Course Plans and Content
4.1. Basic Plan services are provided within 8 (eight) weeks and include providing access to your Personal Account for the following Services:

5. The Cost and Procedure for the Provision of Services
5.1. The cost of information and consulting services under this agreement is indicated on the website https://annaznamenskaya.com/, and can be changed by the Contractor at any time until the Customer pays for the service unilaterally.
5.2. The new price comes into force from the moment of publication and does not apply to services paid for at the time of publication of such changes.
5.3. The Contractor provides the Customer with access to the materials of the paid Services posted on the Website (using the personal account), subject to full or partial prepayment of this service.
5.4. The Contractor provides Additional Services to the Customer subject to full prepayment of additional services. Information on the cost and procedure for providing additional services is indicated on the website https://annaznamenskaya.com/.
5.5. The Contractor provides the Customer with the opportunity to pay for Services by internal installments. The terms of the provision of internal installments are negotiated by the Parties individually.
Prepayment by installments is:
5.5.1. Basic Plan €50
5.5.2. Standard plan– €50
5.5.3. Premium €50
5.6. In case of non-payment within the time agreed by the Parties, the Contractor is relieved of the obligation to continue providing services.
5.7. The date of payment is considered to be the date of crediting funds to the Contractor's current account.
5.8. When choosing the method of payment by bank installments, the Customer independently draws up written agreements with the relevant credit institution.
5.9. Participation in the course (use of the Service) is confirmed by filling out the appropriate application for participation and making payment using one of the methods indicated on the Website. Links and Invitations are provided to the Customer by sending them to the Customer's email address specified by him when filling out the application for participation.
5.10. The cost of individual Services of the Contractor is indicated in Appendix No. 1 to this Offer.
5.11. The moment of payment is considered to be the receipt of funds to the Contractor's account.
5.12. All payments under the Agreement are made in the currency of the Russian Federation – rubles.
5.13. Live webinars with a career mentor are provided on the Standard and Premium
5.13.1. The webinar is conducted by the Contractor on the date and time specified on the Getcourse platform. The contractor has the right to change the date and time of the webinar. The duration of the Webinar is determined by the Performer. The Contractor has the right to involve any persons in the Webinar at its discretion.
5.13.2. The content of the Webinar is determined by the Contractor and must correspond to the description of the corresponding Webinar presented on the Website. The Customer does not have the right to give any instructions regarding the content of the Webinar.
5.13.3. The customer independently provides himself with the equipment necessary to participate in the webinar. The technological platform for the Webinar is determined by the Contractor independently.
5.13.4. In case of skipping the Webinar, including part of the Webinar, for reasons beyond the control of the Contractor, the Customer does not have the right to request a repeat of the Webinar or to bring to his attention the information contained in the Webinar in another form. At the same time, information and consulting services are considered to be provided properly.
5.13.5. In case of skipping the Webinar, including part of the Webinar, for reasons beyond the control of the Contractor, the Customer does not have the right to request the transfer of participation to the next stream. At the same time, information and consulting services are considered to be provided properly.
5.13.6. During the Webinar, the Customer has the right to ask questions related to the content of the Webinar using the appropriate capabilities of the technological platform, unless otherwise specified in the Notification of the conclusion of the Contract. Such restrictions may apply to the entire Webinar or part of it.
5.13.7. The Contractor has the right to suspend the provision of services in case of incorrect behavior of the Customer that interferes with the Webinar.
5.14. Training interviews with feedback are provided on all tariffs. Individual consultations are available on all tariffs.
5.14.1. The Customer signs up for a career consultation and a training interview in advance and independently. The dates of the career consultation and training interview are indicated in the letter and sent by e-mail to the Customer. The customer independently chooses a free date from the ones offered in the recording slot. The service for conducting a career consultation and training interview is considered to be provided in full even if the Customer did not appear for the consultation at the agreed and appointed time or did not make an appointment at all for conducting a career consultation and training interview.
5.14.2. In order to conduct a career consultation and a training interview, the Customer undertakes to fill out a questionnaire within 7 calendar days from the beginning of the Course. In the absence of a completed questionnaire within 7 calendar days, the Service is considered to have been provided properly.
5.14.3. The Contractor, at its discretion, has the right to postpone the appointed time of the career consultation / training interview unilaterally, having previously notified the Customer of the changes at least 4 (four) hours in advance.
5.14.4. Cancellation of a career consultation or training interview at the initiative of the Customer is carried out 24 hours before the appointed time.
5.14.5. In case of cancellation of a career consultation or training interview at the initiative of the Customer less than 24 hours before the appointed time, the Service is considered to be provided by the Contractor in full.
5.14.6. During the Course period, it is possible to transfer 1 (one) career consultation and 1 (one) training interview.
5.14.7. Postponement of a career consultation or training interview is carried out in case of a valid reason for missing. Valid reasons for missing a career consultation or training interview (illness, family circumstances, a call to the military enlistment office, investigative authorities, natural disasters, etc.) must be documented. If the nature of the reasons for skipping a career consultation does not allow you to confirm their occurrence with documents issued by government agencies, for example, family circumstances, illness unrelated to medical treatment, etc., then it is allowed for the Customer to send an application to the Contractor's e-mail address about their occurrence and the need to postpone a career consultation.

5.14.8. The postponement of a career consultation or training interview is carried out in the event of force majeure (force majeure), which the parties could neither foresee nor prevent. The list of force majeure situations, as well as the procedure for notifying the Parties when they occur, are regulated by Section 9 of this Agreement.

5.15. Services are considered rendered:
5.15.1. In terms of conducting an online meeting (live broadcast, consultation, webinar, interview) - at the end of the broadcast, consultation, webinar, interview. In case of missing an online meeting, including part of an online meeting, for reasons beyond the Contractor's control, the Customer does not have the right to request a repeat of the online meeting or to bring to his attention the information contained in the online meeting in another form. At the same time, information and consulting services are considered to be provided properly.
5.15.2. In terms of providing access to information materials
